Services include but are not limited to:

A consultation to determine your needs in housing and community
A list of recommended houses sent to you before your arrival. From there you will narrow down your search to the best houses for you.
Consultant will pick you up at the airport or Hotel and provide you with one (1) day up to eight (8) hours personal showings of rental homes you’ve selected from the list of pre-qualified rentals.
Representation in lease negotiations.
Guidance throughout the entire process

There is a $350 retainer fee which will cover the items above and one (1) day of house showings. If more time is requested for showings, we charge $45 per half day (4 hours) and $90 for a full day (8 hours) on top of the $350 retainer fee. Most rental homes are found within the one day showing period since we pre-qualify rentals based on the specific criteria you provide us.

To begin using Spectrum Properties' Rental Relocation Services, simply review and fill out our Relocation Services Consulting Agreement, Tenant Criteria Sheet and pay your retainer fee of $350.
