**Clients who qualify for the $1,000 LOWE'S Gift Card are those buyer’s or seller’s who have provided a print out of the offer from the Spectrum Real Estate website prior to the the signing of a Buyer’s Agent Agreement or a signed Seller’s Agent Agreement with one of Spectrum Real Estate’s Agents (Craig S. Parry, or Steven M. Parry) and who complete a qualifying real estate transaction. Qualified real estate transactions for the purposes of this promotion are those sales or purchases that close (a completed and recorded transfer of the property). The transaction must be such that a minimum commission of 2.5% commission has been paid to Spectrum Real Estate, its affiliate brokerage or it’s agents (5% in the case of dual representation). The home sale or purchase price (including concessions) must be equal to or greater than $200,000. The LOWE'S Gift Card(s) totaling $1000 will be delivered to the qualifying client’s residence within two (2) weeks of the closing of a qualifying transaction and the reciept of all completed paperwork necessary for the transaction. ***A Home Warranty by First American Home Warranty will be provided by Spectrum Real Estate for up to $299 for Single-Family Homes and $270 for Condominium and Townhomes. Homeowner will be responsible for any additional coverage beyond the Basic Plans. Homeowner is responsible for any Service Call Fees. Clients utilizing the "Flat Rate Listing Service" do not qualify for the home warranty program offer from Spectrum Real Estate.
Clients and/or Prospective Clients must provide a print out from the Spectrum Real Estate Website of the Lowe's $1,000 Gift Card Offer and/or the FAHW offer prior to the signing of any contracts between Spectrum Real Estate and/or it's agents, Steven M. Parry and/or Craig S. Parry, in order to qualify for any/or both of these special offers. Failure to do so prior to the signing of any contracts will make the client ineligible.
